QuagDev was the founder of RCFD and has remained the chief of the department since 2019. He is known for his relaxed leadership style. Quag has several years of real life emergency medical experience and two years of fire and rescue experience. Quag also worked for CZLC as a moderator, helper and Lead Developer for games regarding CZLC.

WillFDNY is the newest addition to the RCFD Command Staff. Will is the first member in RCFD other than Department Chief QuagDev to go out and and achieve all certifications possible within RCFD. We look forward to what the future holds with Will as the new Fire Division Chief! Will was promoted to Division Chief on 8/1/22

JJ is an absolutely fine chap from the UK. Though he's British, he's tougher than nails and has made many excellent additions for the RCFD Fire Division Education Material. JJ takes great pride in working with the public, leading the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). He works directly under the fire chief and the department chief. JJ's passion is in rescue services. JJ has been a Captain for RCFD since 12/31/21.
